I would say it is about 80/20 percent chance he will go to TNA once his contract is up at the end of this year unless Vince were to throw a tremendous wad of money at him and promise him many many title runs. Even that might not change his mind as he has always been a free spirt who marches to his own tune. Rob's backstage attitude has reportedly gotten more vocally cocky of late, as one person put it "Like a kid on the last day of school who knows his time is about up and the teacher can't punish him." Apparently WWE had a meeting and told its wrestlers they could no longer go to the Gym before shows and Rob stood up and smarted off asking if it was ok if they went to the gym after shows. I got a little more to add to that. I saw RVD at a house show and was chanting TNA and he gave me a thumbs up and a smile. Might not mean he is definitely going, but you can bet he is seriously thinking about it.

Yes, I think he will. Rob is very unhappy in the WWE and has expressed his feelings at fan meetings and has also been smarting off to the higher-ups in production meetings (because he knows he can't get in trouble since he's leaving soon).

WWE would release him right now, but they fear he would go TNA. Vince is becoming a little concerned about TNA and the talent they are signing.

Also, as Scott Justice said, Rob's wife Sonya was one of the most vocal TNA "chanters" at December to Dismember.

he will definately make the switch, at the december to dismember PPV his wife was one of the members of the audience who was chanting "TNA" if that isn't a hint I don't know what is, he hates the WWE right now, they have removed Paul Heyman from his position in ecw, and they have been treating his friend Sabu poorly, not to mention that the WWE will never give him a title shot ever again.

bye bye wwe. the whole fn show is leavin wwe. i think he needs to. vince wont push him anymore because of the drug bust. so, rvd will soon be in tna. this excites me because its very possible to see him against aj styles or christopher daniels. think about an ultimate x with rvd and aj. it fits his style also. they (being tna) allows a lot of high spots. unlike wwe, he would be allowed to have some great matches against opponents that fit his style better. and with jerry lynns return, we could see another set of rvd vs jerry lynn matches, those were some of my favorite matches in ecw

I think Vince keeps preventing him from getting the ecw title. That might make rvd mad but I still don't think he would sell out.

I think RVD will head to TNA. If he doesn't get his dope problem under control, he won't be happy any where.
