I think tennis shoes would look tacky so is there anything that would look cute??

Oh there is so much you can do with a denim skirt. You can wear kitten heels for a slightly dressy look with a cute singlet, or nice flat ballet slippers for a casual look. or flip flops in silver with a holterneck top for the beach??. i hope that helps you out.

Not boots or tennis shoes...I usually wear denim skirts in the summer months when I can wear sandals with them. I don't like nylons, but if I were to wear a denim skirt in the winter, I'd pair it with leather flats and nylons, I think.

You can wear flats, maybe mules, and flip flops. Flats are especially in this year and won't look tacky with a skirt.
