are there any fish that shouldnt eat blood worms?

Generally only true herbivores like saimese aglaer, and otos. Just keep in mind while it's a great food it a like like eating steak every day. Some fish like guppy actually need a fair bit of vegetable matter in their diet. Also some carnivores really like it, and can eat themselves sick if over fed.

I've never had a fish (other than saltwater) that wouldn't eat them! They're a good conditioning food for breeding as well!

Not that I know of. They are midge fly larvae and should be safe for any carnivorous fish.
