You have taken the first and largest step, you know you have a problem. Check your telephone book for your local AA, they have a group there call Ala-teen, you will find people there, your age group who will understand what you are going through and who will help you. All My best.

You were probably using alcohol to self-medicate to deal with your depression. Depression that lasts more than two weeks is a medical condition and it can be treated with medication. Don't try to treat it yourself. Ask your parents to go to the doctor. If you can't talk to your parents, talk to a teacher or the school counselor.

There's medication, there's no reason to keep suffering. The sooner you get help, the sooner you'll feel better.

You know you need help, but you don't know where or what to do. Talk to your parents. If that is not possible, talk to the school counselor. I hope you have the best of luck solving your problem and may God Bless You.

Perhaps you just feel guilty. I think many of us have been there and done that. Your parents will make you feel bad but they are only trying to show you that alcohol isn't all it is cracked up to be.
