Gatlinburg is considered a family destination for the most part. I can't think of any bars there that are not located inside a restaurant. There are country music shows in Pigeon Forge, but I can't recall anything like what you are looking for. You might try looking it up on the 'net. Businesses come and go so quickly, who knows what may have recently popped up.
