Besides cop, not much. Associates degrees wont get you too far unless you trained for a specific job.

You can be a police officer. Most officers need about 30 college credits, they don't need a B.A degree.
You could also be a security officer, but they don't make a lot of money. Maybe you can work in a law office as a law clerk or something.

If you're good, you can do anything, associate degree or not.

It's your attitude that will get you everywhere you want to be.
