I bought my PS2 from Singapore. My PS2 is a US version, not the Asia version. Hence, it comes with a Power Adapter/Transformer. I plan to take my PS2 with me while I am in the US. I am unsure if my PS2 will be able to operate with the power current standards in the US. What should I do?

How do I determine if appliances in Asia will be compatible with the US power standards?
