I'm currently doing a secret sister project. Does anyone have a good idea of what to get?

You can get her a bath set with really good smelling shampoos and lotions, etc. If you there's a bath and body works, you can get them there. If she's young, ask her what kind of cartoon she likes and then get her a few DVDs with her favorite cartoon. If she's not that young and loves to shop, you could get her a gift card to her favorite store.

it really depends on the person; the best gifts are ones that show you know what the person likes.
Its fun to do "childish" things like coloring books from a kids t.v. show or some candy that little kids really like.

i did a secret sisiter thing for cheer camp one time and what i did was this: i found out different things that she like (like fav. candy, color, cartoon character, jewelry), then i just bought a whole bunch of different stuff and put it in a basket and wrapped it in plastic (cellofan or something like that) and put a little bow on it...she loved it!!!
