i have the same problem but i don't know the guy and he likes someone else. but you should smile and say hey so he knows you have a thing for him and hopefully maybe he'll talk to you. If it doesn't work out you will know that you gave it a shot. I hope it turns out like a fairy tale!!!!!!

Make sure he knows you like him
