all three reason's is the reason why I answer,
plus to get a good luagh every now and then. and to learn new stuff also.

I answer questions because I like to think about things. I don't answer every question, because some are topics that don't really interest me.
If I'm able to help someone that gives me a very good feeling.
I am never lonely or bored. There are times I enjoy being alone and if I have nothing to do that is a good excuse to take a nap.

I'll admit, when I have a little extra time on my hands (like now, obviously), I like to come to Yahoo! Answers to pass up the time, but at the same time I'm always looking into trying to answer people's questions.

It is just when I finish work, I start thinking again of loneliness.....So, I just come online to help people which makes me happy and relieved....
