it depends on what type of clothing you like. My brother -in- law is 28 and he likes hollister and american eagle. But they can be expensive.

American Aperal (i think i spelt it right) they have amazing cloths with color, funkyness, style, cheap and every diffrent clothing is very unique. i would also recomend Aritzia (i know, it's very expensive!) but they also have very stylish cloths!
