Personally, i love the whole baggy pants and tight top look. but what about you guys?

Don't really know who you are (male or female)
but the baggy look isn't all that. Personally I like girls who don't dress so lose, some tightness is good but then again not too tight. As far as girls who dress this way, they seem kind of tomboyish.
As for guys, it makes them look too gangster. If you feel good in it then be my guess. I guarantee that there will be a lot of people that will look down upon you just because you are dressed like that.
My suggestion, dont dress so loose. Pants and jeans do look better lose, that skinny jeans crap is definately NOT cool(not to use another word). Lose jeans GOOD. Don't get too baggy with them.

not really....well yea if the pants are khakis or capris. but if they're jeans or just pants, well then i dont really like that look. Its kinda "ghetto" for me. I usually wear everything tight. Like tight jeans and a tight top. But sure if you like the baggy pants and tight top look, go ahead wear it.

As long as the pants aren't so baggy that they look like they're falling off think it's cute.

I'm liking it! As much as I really loved the whole skinny jeans with oversized tunic on top look, I'm kind of getting tired of it. This is a refreshing change! And for us 30+ women it's a bit more of a sophisticated look than the former.

I don't mind the baggy look but when the pants go down half past your a** and I have to look at your boxers or worse briefs yuk. I have every temptation to pull them up for you.

I love wearing low-rise cargo pants with a tight tank top and a long but thin chain with a name tag. I think it's tomboy-sexy.
