i was playing around in a wrestling ring and i feel on my back and my head hurt for a while but it feels better i work out a lot my neck and now it hurts and i got worried about it and now im nervous my head is ok isnt it im 18 and it has been 2 days i can stand and everything fine when i have my mind off of it

Rest, ice, pain medication and maintain good posture. If you are dizzy or have any strange symptoms you should get an eval for a possible concussion. If the headache continues or gets worse go see your doc for an eval. Working out the neck is not a good idea avoid it or at least talk to a doctor. If you pull(strain) a muscle and it could hurt for weeks/months.
