I have purchased Kiehl's Lip Balm SPF 15, and I am wondering if it would be okay to sleep with it on. Thanks

It's fine, but nighttime is a good time to apply thicker things that you would not want to wear out or would not look good under your makeup. For example you could slather on some Vaseline or Vitamin E oil.

SPF can blister your lips if you are allergic to it. I would not advise it. You should purchase a lip protector that is SPF free for night time use. Also SPF will tint your sheets or leave a greasy stain on some types of linens. (Silk, cashmere..etc)

Good Luck.

Your lip in all probability have been given burned via the severe temperature of your fever. additionally, once you're ill your nostril is plugged so which you're compelled to breath by your mouth. This motives dry air to be sucked in previous your already dry lips, drying them out extra. Then, in case you progression your mouth in any respect whilst they're dry, they crack and peel or bleed. shop using chapstick and perchance some medicated vaseline or cortisporin. If it gets severely worse, see a doctor.
