i had a ati card on my pc then if fried and i cant use my onbord cuz the monitor doent show any picture, but i can hear the computer start up, could there have been a conflickt with a driver or something cuz i have tried everything and it just dont work

i cant get to the bios because it does not show picture, but i did try with one of my PCI cards and i enabled it but to change from "PCI" to "AGP/Onboard" but the picture on the monitor still does not show up, even thou its enabled it does not wprk properly

well u c, my AGP no longer works and the PCI card i have only has 8 mb video on it
so i was hoping to use my onbord since its an ATI GeForce also, i mean the computer works it just doesnt show any picture, and i dont have any recovery CDs

Make sure your video is connected to the onboard video connector, not the installed card. Shut down the computer if it isnt already. Turn it on again and hold down the delete key on the keyboard. With any luck, the BIOS screen will appear, where you can tell the motherboard to start using the onboard video (which will have been disabled) and stop using the built in card.

Stick with a AGP or PCI video card. What possible reason would you want to go back to a onboard video card, However if you have a recovery disk for your operating system it will correct this problem the minute you put it in.

Go into the BIOS and enable it.
