don't use your favorite dressing because after you eat with slugs, you will probably never like that dressing again.

Slugs are very similar to snails, so I adapted this snail recipe for a SLUG SALAD to suit, simply dressed with lemon and tabasco or similar hot sauce.

1 c. raw slug meat, diced small
1/4 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. onion, diced
Hot pepper and salt to taste
1/2 c. cucumber, diced
2/3 c. tomatoes, diced
1/3 c. lemon juice

In a salad bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Cover bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Mix again before serving. Eat with relish, or alternatively throw away.

How did you get on with the long pig recipe? Quite a raunchy eater, aren't you!

Thousand Island. It has a nice taste that would cover up the slugs. It sure does a good job on covering up those nasty patties on a Big Mack!

Blue Cheese, it's so gross it would have to disguise any slug flavor without being as bad as the slug, I think.
