I was in a really painful situation only six months ago. I am married with two children. My husband works very hard to support us but it is hard to make ends meet. I found out that I was pregnant. We had been on birth control, but every method we tried just didn't work.
My husband and I desided it was in the best interest of the entire family if I had an abortion. I was very nervous about it, questioning my desision at every turn. Finally I told my husband that I couldn't go through with it. He was very supportive and told me that it was my disision.
I went to the doctor for my first prenantal apointment everything went fine, however at the second they could not find the babies heart beat. The doctor ordered an ultrasound. We found out that the baby had no heart beat.
My baby died at six weeks gestation. I made the mistake of telling my doctor that I had considered an abortion. After another six weeks and another six ultrasounds (one every week) my baby had still not grown, still did not have a heartbeat, but my doctor would do nothing to help me.
Finally after demanding that he do a D&C to remove my baby he said "Well it looks like your getting what you wanted, and it's free of charge too." I was stunned. I went home in tears. My baby was successfully removed in surgery. (By a diffrent doctor) my original due date is next week.
Some people will always be against it. Some will stand up to allow a woman to choose. No matter what though, never let anyone make you feel like you have to be ashamed. They don't know who you are or the dessions that you have had to make in your life. Being a woman means having to face a lot of things that are hard, things that are unfair, and no man no matter how sensitive will ever understand what it is to be a woman. With all of our glory and all of our faults.

How can anyone think abortion is wrong and should be legal when all of the facts point to the "thing in the womb" is human? At the end of Roe v Wade the Supreme Court Justices came out with a statement stating, "If, at any stage of pregnancy, It can be proved the the thing inside a womans womb is human, we would rule abortion illegal." That was in the 70's. It has been proved human 7 minutes after conception yet since roe v wade, 50 million unborn CHILDREN have been aborted. Also, if you didnt know, people who murder a pregnant woman are charged with TWO counts of MURDER.
It is not a religious ideal or concept, it is pure LOGIC and COMMON SENSE. Your mother had you, why should you do anything less.
And did anybody even ask the father what he wants, also the child is not in a position to speak but what would you say. Personally, i wouldnt say, "no its alright if you kill me just so you can have a better life".
I dont care if u dont think u should be judged for having an abortion. If u already think its a hard time to go through then u shouldnt have gone through with the procedure. you should be judged. you have to pay the consequences of your actions, you chose to have sex therefore choosing to have the possibility of having a child. just like a thief has to go to jail for stealing, a woman should be persecuted for having an abortion.
And if you think that they can have one where rape is involved, then where do you draw the line? when you were a child didnt your mother (who birthed you) tell you that two wrongs do not make a right? if you cant take care of the child, then give he/she up for adoption where they can have a caring, providing family to live with.

After all if you give them up for adoption you have already given them the greatest gift, life.

I personally do not believe in them. But if the person who has it done can live with it.. then who am I to talk. The only way I would agree with it is that there is no way medically you could survive from the birth.. then so be it. Then again I am adopted and know how much I meant to my parents and know that biological mother could have chosen to abort, be she loved me enough to let me live and give someone who could not have children a chance to love me. So when you are adopted.. I think you have a different outlook on abortions. The moment a child is conceived it is forming a there is a heartbeat by the time you realize you are pregnant. To me that is a human being and if you abort it.. you have killed a living being. Sorry but you asked. It is a tender subject, ya know.

It's really not complicated. Killing innocent human beings is wrong. Every abortion kills an innocent human being. For proof of this and more information, see:

I am pro choice; I believe that every woman has to make her own decision but I also hope that that decision lets a child live. If you don't want a child there is always someone else who does. I also believe that if the mother doesn't want the child but the father does than she should not be able to have an abortion, but should have the baby and give it to the father. I myself would never have one...I don't think i could live with myself afterward.

I think girls use it as an easy form of birth control, there is no price on a baby..I think its cruel, inhumane, and a punishment to the child that they dont deserve and they didnt ask for..how come girls can blame there laying down in bed getting kocked up on there babies? but then after the abortion they go out there and have some more unprotected sex...I have seen pictures, videos and books on abortions, its horrible...There were a few abortionists that allowed for there abortions be placed online for public viewing, using ultrasound to do the abortion and show the viewers they placed it online, watched the tape themselves and actually got out of the field of murdering babies, and these have been doctors that have performed more than 10,000 abortions...goes to show how cruel it really is....

It's every woman's right to choose, but for myself I chose life. My "boyfriend" (at the time, we are now engaged to be married) and I got pregnant very early in our relationship, and we were not ready, by any means. I could not have an abortion....my daughter is 16 months old now, and the light of our lives! We were just saying tonight, "God, what would we ever do without her?" She is truly a blessing, my gift from God. I'm glad we made the decision we did.

Wow! Do you like handling hot issues or what? Okay, since you asked... I am Pro Choice. I believe that abortion is a private matter between a woman and her conscious. She has to live with her decision for the rest of her life. No one else has to.
If these Right to Life people really want to force their beliefs
down every woman's throat then they should be made to open up their wallets and financially support those beliefs. They should be made to help support, financially, every child they force
into this world. It is only fair.

I think it is the woman's choice, noone else has the right to tell a woman how to handel her situations, however, i think you have to be in the situation to truly understand what is going on, and be the udge for yourself. there are also time limits, so when a woman finds out she is pregnant and wants to have an abortion she should go as soon as possible for a consultation
