well you're a boyy, it's only natural. but this is kinda stalkerish. i agree that you should get a haircut, but other than that you're not that bad looking.
try to talk to her & see how she reacts, it's always worth a shot.

Dude, just be yourself around her. The majority of my friends told me that my girlfriend was way too hot for me but I proved them completely wrong. I also have longer hair than you do, so my advice is, don't compromise yourself to get her, if she doesn't like you for you than it wasn't meant to be. So just go for it because I'm going to steal a quote from my girlfriend, "Sometimes you have to risk losing it all and jump because it might just be worth the fall."

Don't invade her like that. If you spruce up your look, and actually seem like your trying to impress her, then maybe she'll be attracted to you. Make a move, but nothing to tremendous. Just occasionally say hi in the halls, or offer her a pencil in class, something like that.
