For me it is a toss up. Koko B. Ware and Mick Foley. Both were from 2 completly different eras and had two different styles.

THE GREAT KHALI because he defeated undertaker,rey mysterio, john cena, both hardy brothers , tommy dreamer ,super crazy ,big show ,and many more i cant think of and also anyone on the wwe roster.

Shag Thomas. He was from way back but, I remember my Dad watching him wrestle and my Dad just loved it. I have since then lost my Dad so this is my vote.
