All seasons of Survivor aires in Studio 23.. But until now I have no updates if this show will aires in Philippines. I think only Filipinos can do answer my question.

Survivor: Fiji will now be shown on the Solar cable channel Crime/Suspense. According to the promo, the live feed will be at 8am and the primetime telecast is at 10pm the same day. Be on the lookout for replays as well. Please relay it to other Survivor fans in the Philippines that you may know.
Studio 23 will not show it anymore due to disagreements with the producers.

Well if you get CBS in the Philippines then you will see Survivor Fiji but if you have no CBS then you won't see it.
