Nope they haven't kiss and no they did not fall in love. Only naruto transform into Saske and nearly kiss Sakura.

not as far as i know, unless sakura dreams it. saske has his own thing, and isn't in the villiage any more (japanse version). maybe in the future, but i really, doubt it.

i've been watching naruto before it came to america, & no they do not fall in love or kiss unfortunately ..
