Yes. It is wonderfully high in fiber. With any luck it will come out, along with everything else in your intestines, by the next morning maybe with its color still green. However you will have zero nutrition and your teeth will be worn down to little nubbins.

Cows that eat it for nourishment have to keep spitting it up into their mouths and rechewing it (as cud) and also have a specialized stomach dedicated to that tough digestion process. Since people lack those tools there is no reason to eat grass.

People eat many types of green, leafy vegetables, but grass is not one of them. While all mammals have a cecum, it's function is limited in humans. In herbivores it helps break down the cellulose of grass.

Yes you can! Infact it's very good for you. Different types of grasses are better than others for nutrition...wheat grass is very good for you!
