Which one moment or scene in Scrubs is your favourite? I'll chip in with mine. It's from season 4 episode 2, My Office, where JD and Elliott are both vying for Chief Resident and they approach Dr. Cox to find out who "won".

In reaction to Dr. Cox choosing Elliott, JD says "No, no. I totally understand. Come on, you did what you had to do. You went with your gut; Elliot's a great doctor. I do have three questions, though: Why do you hate me when I show you nothing but love? Who's gonna tell my mom? And what the hell am I supposed to do with ten thousand "John Dorian, Chief Resident" business cards!".

When JD then learns that he and Elliott are both Chief Residents, he quickly bounces back and flirts with an attractive female nurse as he passes her by, giving her one of his business cards, making a gun with his fingers to point at her and ogling at her. The contrast in confidence is what's great. He almost cries in losing and then flirts daringly with an attractive nurse.

I can't remember the exact episode or season, but it's when JD accidentally sees the Janitor taking a shower. When he decides to confront him about the possible melanoma on his penis the conversation cracks me up:

(This isn't verbatim, just off the top of my head)

JD: I think you might have a possible melanoma on your penis that you should have checked out.
Janitor: How do you know that?

JD: Because I saw your penis when you were in the shower.
Janitor: Where were you?

JD: Outside in the bushes.
Janitor: WHAT?

JD: It was just a coincidence, man! If you had looked out the window you would've seen my penis too!
Janitor: Why?

JD: Cause I had it out.

lol... I love that moment too. Man I have so many favourite moments. I think one of the best is in season 4 when JD takes Kylie on a date to the hospital and they get quarantined. Elliot comes up to JD and says, "So, Kylie looks like she's having fun."
JD: "It's a front, she's miserable. So far the highlight of the night's been putting the possum to sleep - and that's not a euphemism."
Elliot: "J.D., seeing a young doctor do his job is an amazing turn-on for a girl.
My dad's a doctor, and I remember how excited I was the first time I saw him work at the hospital. I mean, I didn't want to sleep with him, but there were definitely some complicated feelings.
But that's totally normal for an 11-year-old, right? [pause]
Anyway....yeah...[pauses uncomfortably]...I forget." And then she runs away. I love that scene - Elliot is such a fantastic character.

But you know pretty much every episode has its moments, it's just such an awesome show, I can't believe so many people just don't get it : )

It was a Dr. Cox rant in "My Brother, Where Art Thou"..err, I think that's the episode. Anyway..JD is wanting to bring Dan in to the hospital and basically let him run around with JD all day. He asks Dr. Cox and he replies

"Well, gosh, Newbie, there are just so very many way for me to say this to you. Never. Not in a million years. Absolutely not. No way, Jose. No chance, Lance. Nyet. Negatori. Mm-mm. Nuh-uh. Uh-uh. And of course, my own personal favorite of all-time. Man falling off of a cliff. NOOOOOOOOOOOOO"

JD begins to speak. Cox interrupts him and makes the sound of a body hitting the ground.

My fav instruct too! i think of probable my renowned episode grew to become into My Overkill while Colin Hay made a focused visitor visual allure. It grew to become into'nt precisely a comedic episode yet thats what i like approximately Scrubs they mixture comedy and melo-drama so nicely, and J.D. consistently sums it up so nicely on the tip. I laughed the toughest while J.D. had rowdy humping his leg. Yeah! HIT THAT ROWDY!

I reckon in Season 1 when JD wakes up to the song "Rappers paradise" on his alarm clock. Classic!
