legs are very sore and its not from exercise.

Well i go to the doctor. It may be broken, fractured or you may have pulled a muscle

See a medical doctor because leg pain can sometimes be the symptom of something serious. It may not be, but it's better to be safe than sorry.

it depends on the pain. you might want to see your doctor, as it could be something worse. however gentle stretching can help. a massage can do wonders. if it's one specific spot you can try Arnica Montana. or add Epsom salt to a hot bath and simply soak in it.

but it really depends on why it's aching, it could be from fibromyalgia, which usually comes from sleeping positions.

drink pickle juice or eat a lot of bananas potassium in them helps

tylenol and ice, works for me every time and try to stay off of it when it hurts, and stretch
