Have you heard of Trinity Blood,it's about vamires and it has very good pics and alot of action.Also .hack//,Neon Genesis Evangelion,MAR,Tenchi Muyo(it's old but still)Lupin the 3rd,Ghost in Shell,Rurouni Kenshin,Eureka 7,Blue Seed,Vampire Hunter D and YuYu Hakusho.Also Miami Guns,Flame of Recca,Black Lagoon,The Big O,Burn Up,Slayers,Angelic Layer,Gungrave,GunSmithCats,Samurai Girl:Real Bout High School,Devil Hunter Yohko and Elemental Gelade.Hope that was enough!!

The Law of Ueki - I already forgot the japanese title for this anime but sure it's an action anime. But it's not that bloody after all. I think it's only one scene that is somewhat bloody. I really really like it!
Kyou Kara Maoh - Wasn't able to watch the whole thing but I still enjoy it.
Full Metal Alchemist - Just like Kyou Kara Maoh, I wasn't able to watch the whole episodes but I like it.

Tenjho Tenge has action/fighting in it, I've seen a few episodes and it's pretty good, in my opinion.
Trinity Blood is also a good one (If you like the Vampire type animes ^_^ )
And Basilisk is a good action/romance anime as well. One of my top 5 favs.

I've heard of Saiyuki (or something like that) and Read or Die. I heard they were both really good.
