What should I wear on my legs when I walk to work? It's only 20 minutes. I have long underwear but I hate wearing long underwear when I'm indoors. I'd rather be cold than hot. What should I do?

Damn. Don't walk 20 minutes in 20 below! Take a cab or get a ride, you'll freeze your *** off. Definitely wear long underwear under your clothes or sweats if you can. Stay warm. :)

Can't you either call a cab or get a friend to give you a ride? I think that would be a better idea; that kind of bitter cold is literally dangerous.

wear it anyway..... you could take it off when you get to work and put it in a bag. 20 below is wicked cold!

When my hubby used to work in the cold he would wear pantyhose under his workclothes. They keep you really warm and no one will know you're wearing them if you don't tell them. It's not a girl thing in this case - it's a keep from freezing thing!

i have to wear my long johns longer because i work outside during the day..
my suggestion..wear them to work then take them off during the day

no way! omg thats terrible just wear what u normally wear 2 work....i have 2 walk 2 my bus stop for school and i wear jeans, socks,shoes,shirt (2morrow polo), panties, and a jacket

My first answer wold be for you to call a cab............or move to where it is warmer....people should not have to live like that!!!
