Pls. would anyone know if there is a website that tells you if any restaurant in your city has had a health inspection citation and why?

Yes, there are plenty of them, but they go by state.
What state are you in?
But...in any case, go to google and type in this:
restaurant health inspection (your state name).

Don't know if there is a website but your local health department would be able to provide that information, here in Las Vegas, they publish a list weekly in the newspaper of every restaurant cited and they follow up and let you know if the problem(s) were corrected.

the local newspaper usually prints those, otherwise i believe the restuarant should have a copy, or the health inspectors office its self.
