What is the Front side bus speed for the AMD system?
It should be about 1600MHZ to 2000MHZ if it is this will be faster then the 800MHZ on the intel system.

Is the second system an HP? Does it have a monitor?

Both are comparable, but I would take the second because of the better video card and larger hard drive, plus the Intel Pentium d processor has more L2 cache so it will be better at video encoding and similar projects.
