I had a very loving thought and then walked into my bathroom. Then I noticed that I could see a "crystal cave" almost like in the Superman movie. I am totally aware that I am looking in this cave, yet, I can also see the bathroom. My husband is talking to me and I am trying to figure out WHY I can see both places. I don't bring it up because I think it is some freak thing. I do not do drugs and it was early in the morn. as I was getting ready for work. Later on, at work, I could see bright sparks coming from my chest as I was walking down the hallway. I know no other person saw this. Someone I know told me it was called a "heart opening". I put the experience aside for a few years, but I never forgot it and was too afraid to ask anyone because it sounds nutty. But it did happen.

from what i have studied and seen in my life there are 2 possible explanations for what is happening to you,
1 it is totally real you have opened you mind so far that it has allowed you to see things that most could only dream of. the mind is a very powerful and interesting thing.

2. this one is the scary one. it could very well be a brain tumor, especially one pushing on the frontal lobe of your brain. i do not say this to disregard what you are seeing because i totally believe in things like that , i just think that most people are to scared to open themselves up to the idea of seeing what is out there. it could also be very dangerous to ignore the possibility of a serious medical issue.

all that being said i really hope you have just opened yourself up and i hope the experience is enjoyable and a lot of fun. dont be afraid of it, it is a gift.

what you experienced is not the 2nd dimension. We are in the 3rd dimension right now and going to the 4th and then 5th soon. No need to panic, it sounds like you are experiencing some kind of spiritual awakening which is a good thing. Your heart is opening up to great possibilities. Your bathroom space is probably a portal to another dimension and that there's a crystal cave located there. See if you can be still, be quiet and walk into the cave. Experience the energy in the cave.
Meditation would be very powerful for you. You can also meditate on your heart and try to go inside and see the colors and listen to the vibrations.

I had these experiences all the time due to my health. This happened especially when I was younger, and my children seem to have inherited the same thing. I believe both are caused by blood rushing away from the head or by a sudden drop in blood pressure. I had one doctor suggest that this is related to naturally narrow arteries, either in the neck or heart. This has faded as I grew older. I suggest that you ask your doctor about it and see what they think. From the start, I believed that this was due to "almost fainting" and there is just no way I would link it to anything as weird as seeing another dimension.

Yes i totally believe you and you are not a freak. I think your being given this gift for a reason and shouldnt panic.
I urge you too to protection meditations and learn about angels and how they can keep u safe (cos if your open to this it means dark stuff could potentially reach you too.) Dorren Virtue has some awesome helpfull books on how to keep safe and understand this gift better.
YOU ARE NOT CRAZY so please dont freak out.
People often find it hard to accept so maybe share this with only a few spwcial people untill u understand it better yourself.
I think the light from your chest is about your Heart Charkra and i think it would help if u could learn about the charkras as well.
You are very fortunate to have access to this so clearly as many people only have a niggly feeling instead of vision.
I wish you a happy journy discovering more about your gift and i pray you only use it for good.
blessings to you.

I have absolutely experienced a second dimension. I have also undoubtedly experienced a third. The first, second, and third dimensions are called length, width, depth, respectively, and I'd be shocked if you hadn't experienced these.
Some argue that time is the fourth dimension, and I am pretty sure I've experienced that too.
Not to rain on your parade - I'm sure you've experienced what you've described to us. I just wanted to clarify a couple of things.

If you're just now discovering the second dimension you're going to freak when you here about depth.

In all seriousness though, what you're experiencing isn't normal.
