Yes. Only the President cannot serve more than two.

It is generally accepted that the only requirement for the Vice Presidency is that a Vice Presidential candidate could also be eligible to also be elected President.

There is some Constitutional debate on this however, some people suggesting that someone who has been elected president twice could still become President again via the Vice Presidency. I disagree--but that's a different question.
