I love a good western, so that's a hard one. There are a few good old classics out there, but for now I'd have to say, "The Good., The Bad and The Ugly, Just watched it the other night, one I can watch over and over again.

I too, vote for GB&U.
Though it's hard to beat Lee Marvin in "Cat Ballou" and you'll never lower your sperm count by watching a good John Wayne western, either.
