See a doctor ASAP...
Although the worse is probably just some swelling, because of where you hit your head you could have a concussion or could have done some other type of damage to either your eye or your head or your brain - better to not take any chances at all.

I once knew this guy who hit his eye and he grew a tumor in his brain from the trauma.

eyes are important. use common sense and go to the doctor if you feel it's necessary. you only have two, but it's tough having one.
