You can donate your college textbooks at many places. You can go to a college bookstore and they will take it off your hands - if they aren't too old, they will pay you for them. You can also go to your public library and they will take them off your hands for free. Plus, you can always go to a shelter around your away - people are always in need of free textbooks. When I was in college, I would trade with my college mates for books that I needed. Good Luck! I hope you get them off your hands!

There are a ton of schools on long island. Call their book stores. Also, try barns & noble. They sell used textbooks.

If you truly want to donate, try community groups in your area that help low income families.
