Do you maybe mean ideas that just carry power (w/o "term" complicating the sentence?) If so, here are some of the ideas I've found particularly powerful:
* If you find yourself angry at something, you may well be afraid of something. Corral the fear, and you can deal better with the situation.
* Only by taking some responsibility for a situation can we also claim the power to change that situation.
* Other peoples' problems are not our problems. We can help or not, as seems necessary or wished, but *they are not our problems.* Do not let them take your power by investing too heavily in their problems.
* Change your attitude and you have the power to change your reality.

I am not sure what do you mean? In math a term to the 5th power is multiplied by its self 5 times. (5x5x5x5x5).
or 2 squared is 4.
