Looking for software that will help me create and make video games, does anyone know of any?

Just want to know the names of the software so that i can buy one, i wanna try and get the best of the best

Although I recommend learning to program, I do know of some software that will do it for you.

Well most software would make 2D games. I would look at Flash Software there is a lot of it out there. Go to adobe.com and look at the flash software.
