Do you know of any websites that teach crafts that are easy but somewhat classy? no kid's stuff please. I was thinking maybe candle crafts, book thongs or bookmarks, but I am open to anything.

Martha Stewart (hate to say it) really has elegant and easy crafts - always has. Her team comes up with the best stuff.

I think knitting and cross stitch are both somewhat classy... depending on the pattern your choose of course. The last link below has all different types of crafts. You'll probably find the directions for candle crafts and bookmarks on that site.
