Congratulations on your soon to be marriage.
For the losing weight part i suggest to cut down on the fatty food and the carbs. Getting exercise will help too. Maybey you could get up a little earlyer and take a half hour jog or go to the gym.

Get a dress that fits you NOW and stop putting the pressure on yourself! Losing weight isn't going to make you feel more comfortable with yourself. Your other half loves you the way you are or he wouldn't be marrying you. :)
