Did you know you can have the taps attached? That's what I did when I was broke. It was REALLY cheap. Take them to a shoe repair dude. Just be sure that the basic shoe has a medium height heel, not a kitten heel, and is very stable with a strap or support, like this:

I got the pumps from my mom, the taps and attachments at the shoe repair place.
