I mean how did the crew of The Number 23 come up with all those facts. If those are true how many more are?

There is no significance in any number...none whatsoever. Humans apply meaning to things that are inherently devoid of meaning: there is no number 23 without humans, and there are no numbers at all without humans and nothing that those numbers can mean. Since human existence is also meaningless based on the vastness of existence, then anything we come up with is also meaningless. Therefore, 23 has no meaning at all.
