Let me clear up this confusion. If you are overseas like me, you are watching the superbowl on orbit espn and getting the NFL networks feed. Sterling is doing the play by play on Orbit espn.

Shannon Sharpe works for CBS, not NBC. Sterling works for NBC and the NFL Network.
Since the game's on CBS, it's Shannon.
