Your pokémon are NOT powerful enough to stand a chance against the Elite four. Charizard and Zapdos are both weak to Loreli's ice and water attacks. Persian and Raticate are far too low a level to make it through. Also, don't have two norma types or Bruno will abuse you.

You can get more money by re-battling trainers with the VS seeker.

You need to be at a minimum of level 63 in order to beat the Elite four, since 63 in the highest level pokémon you'll find. Firstly replace Raticate with a ghost or a psychic pokémon. Either of those types will be essential to win. A gengar with Psychic is the preferred optiion though.

There is one pokémon that can get you through everyone in the Elite four. It's name is Starmie, though in your case, Lapras will do the same since it can learn very similar moves to what Starmie can. Teach it Psychic, Surf, Thunderbolt and Ice beam and you'll be onto a winner. Get a Starmie by catching a Staryu (Fish for it) and use a water stone to make it evolve.

Elite four 1: Loreli
Preferred types: Ice, Water
Team...
Dewgong
Cloyster
Slowbro
Jynx
Lapras

Strategy: You wil have guessed that electric types are the way to go here. Zapdos is not advisable since it's weak to ice attacks. Grass types are vulnerable to ice beam and blizzard. You can also use fire pokémon, though watch out for the water pokémon. Dewgong especially since it resists fire due to its thick fat trait. Similarly, you can use fighting types, but look out for slowbro and Jynx, they're part Psychic. You can use a ghost attack but it's arisky move against Slowbro. Slowbro has the defence to take a ghost attack and psychic will do horrible damage to Gengar, which is ghost/poison.

Elite four 2: Bruno
Preferred type: Fighting, Ground.
Team...
Onix
Hitmonchan
Hitmonlee
Onix
Machamp

Strategy: If you have a Starmie, that is perfect for seeing you through Bruno. It's fusion of Water and Psychic powers is perfect. Otherwise, use flying attacks for the fighting types (though bewary of rock attacks) and Grass attacks for the Onix's (Look out for Hitmonchan's fire punch).

Elite four 3: Agatha
Preferred types: Ghost/Poison
Team...
Gengar
Golbat
Haunter
Arbok
Gengar

Another paychic type will see you through here, though try not to take a ghost attack. You need something that can hit hard and fast that can KO her pokémon before thet hit. That Starmie mentioned before is perfect. Psychic will either do horrendous damage or score a one hit KO.

Elite four: Lance
Preferred type: Various (Self-proclaimed Dragon master)
Team...
Gyarados
Dragonair
Dragonair
Aerodactyl
Dragonite

Strategy: Lance maiinly uses dragon pokémon, which are only weak to ice or other dragon attacks. That starmie will be useful again. Thunderbolt the Gyarados and Ice beam the dragons, using Surf to take down the Aerodactyl. Beware, as some of his dragons also have Thunderbolt, which will land a huge hit on Starmie.

Champion: Rival
Various types
Team...
Pidgeot
Alakazam
Rhydon
Arcanine
Exeggutor
Blastoise

Your rival doesn't have the tital of Pokémon master for nothing, but that Starmie will see you through most of this battle. Thunderbolt/Ice beam the Pidgeot, Ice beam Exeggutor, Surf Arcanine, Thunderbolt Blastoise and Surf Rhydon. Use another pokémon to take down his alakazam. Watch out for recover though. A ghost attack should bring Alakazam down fairly quickly.

My brother did this:
His Charizard was level 69 and it knew Brick Break, Flamethrower, Dragon Rage, Wing Attack.
When it was bad to use to Charizard, he used his Zapdos (level 53). Shock Wave came in handy for him.
He also bought a lot of revives. But he still would end up losing and he lost all of his money (mainly because he did not have a stratedy). Though somehow he was able to beat the elite four. I have no idea how. I always used Blastoise.....
Anyway, good luck!

you seriously need to train ur pokemon to a higher level. To beat the elite 4, i suggest getting all ur pokemon to at least lv 65.

Lvl up the rest of your guys a bit more. Your first 3 are good, lvl up the rest.

By the way, make sure you have a good strategy. Like switching out what you need to, when you need to, and for what reason you need to.
