I think the story is called "Yellow Woman". It's very beautiful about a woman that has an affair with a spirit. I'm looking for the story, does anybody know a site where I can read this story again? I tried looking but didn't find any.

Oh, the author's name is Leslie Marmon Silko. And if you can find me the actual short story Brokeback Mountain, I'd love you to pieces. Thanks guys!

Silko's website is http://www.literati.net/Silko/
She has a book entitled Yellow Woman and a Beauty of the Spirit which is a collection of essays.
The Brokeback story is by Annie Prolux. It's been published separately in a small book, but originally appeared in a collection of stories called Close Range:Wyoming Stories.

Both are copyrighted so I doubt you'll find a legal copy on the internet. . . you'll need to check your local library or bookstore.
