To fit into a normal size washer and dryer? I bought a new comforter set went to wash it and it won't fit in my washer! Anybody else have this problem.
I guess I'm off to the laundry mat - grrrrr.

I take ours to the dry cleaners. Try it once and see if you are happy with the results. It's not going to put wear and tear on the fabric like washing it and it'll look newer longer as a result.

Your Best Bet is a Laundry Mat with Commercial Front Load Washers. A Front Load Washer gives you more room and you can wash your comforter and sheets in it at the same time.

If you have a large bed, like a cal-king, and a thick comforter then it will have a large volume, there simply is no way to get around the physics involved. Take it to the laundromat and wash it there. But remember, you don't have to wash it every week, so it shouldn't be that big of a deal.

I take mine to the laundromat. The larger washers accommodate the size of the comforters well.
