1st learn to use complete sentences. Now that we got that out of the way. If I had to guess I would say either your knee is knocking it out of gear or your fifth gear syncro is gone. To find out for sure you need to know is it poping out just under normal driving or under hard accel? Are you getting it in fifth gear when you shift out of fourth?

clean your fuel injectors or put new ones in, or remap your fuel and get an ecu if you have some decent mod's on it...it all depends on what is actually happening, and you need to be more specific.
