How do you say fuq this, sever contact, forget them and move on without wishing they were still in your life?

When someone does me wrong.....they only get one chance.

If they have been a true friend at one time, keep the good memories and your respect for them as a person. Everyone goes down different paths, and don't let anyone drag you where you don't want to go (by being angry all the time). Fill old activities with new ones, with new people..either this person will realize they are loosing a good friend by their behavior, or they will choose to find others who put up with it. If they ask you about it, just be frank..I really don't enjoy XYZ anymore because ABC.

Honestly? You don't. It really hurts to not have someone in your life that has been there with you through thick and thin but once you've lost trust in that person(s), you have a choice. Save face and continue with the friendship/relationship, or sever it. It depends on what kind of communication you have with these people.
Sounds to me that you've had enough of thier shananagins and are more than ready to throw in the towel. You don't need to have people like this in your life. Yes. you'll miss them and yes, you will be hurt for a long time, but at what cost are you willing to be friends with someone who hurts you??
My advice would be to see if you can talk it out with them first.
If you can't get passed what they did to you (over and over) then you know it's time to move forward in your life.
You will find good friends who will compliment your personality, not bruise it.

I did it by telling them I was going to have other girls be my bridesmaids instead of them. I haven't heard from them since, lol. It wasn't my intention to sever ties, but that's what happened. Just tell them straight up- You haven't been a true and loyal friend to me, and I don't think this is working out.

Well fist of all handle it calmly, if you want to get someone off your back then go to them directly and comfront them and tell them what you feel in a nice controlling way...

i've had a good girl friend that i've known for over 9 years that has kept leaving me hanging.... i tell her i'm disappointed, and i'm still hoping that she will "get it".... still waiting... just waiting for a change (at a bit of a distance- only occassional hang outs now) i dont feel completely cutting someone off is the best....
never burn your bridges...keep it there, but dont use it that often

Just let it go! If they treat you BAD they werent really yourfriends! So just think of it that way! I did and ive found friends who treat me like a person!

I tell them they hurt me, I tell them how, and then I tell them not to contact me again. and I move on. without wishing they were in my life, as there are plenty of people who are that don't hurt me.

your good friends SHOULD know when they have crossed the line and I think if they have repeatedly done this that they should just never be forgiven..

Move to a different town. That way you don't have to see them. Out of sight, out of mind.
