It looks like you listed a bunch of adjectives in a sentence context. For that purpose, you should use this translation page:

to get word translations. It is terrible for complex sentences, but single words, it is a great help.

Your list has so many stupid words that a person serious about learning Japanese really doesn't need to use (and wouldn't WANT to use) like "anus", "groin", "vagina", "penis", "nipples".... (some of them are even repeated!)

If you just want to be immature and look up "funny words" in Japanese, then go buy yourself an English-Japanese dictionary and giggle at them on your own time!
