Coffee is not the best way. Forcing your body with caffine is not good for your body. I would recommend adjusting your diet, dont get too stressed out, relax more, workout, and of course, maintain a well balanced physical and emotional health.
Diet: Try to maintain your pyriamid. That includes meat, veggy, bread, etc.
Stress Control: Dont force yourself to do things your body doesnt "feel" like doing.
Relax: Plan some time to relax into your daily schedule.
Health: Make sure you exercise often and communicate with your friends.

Hope this helps and hope you feel more awake throughout the day.

I have to get up around 6 too, and I set my alarm clock 10-15 min. before 6:00, and just turn t off when it comes on. Than when you have to get up a little later you have already opened your eyes and for some reason it helps me not be so tired.

There ARE actually morning people and night people. I work until 3 in the morning and sleep till noon.... Since you're in school and can't shift your schedule, make sure you're giving yourself enough time in the morning. Drink something hot (not necessarily caffienated). Start stretching your legs, arms, and neck and move progressively faster until you're running in place and then shout "KAZZZZZAAAAAAAM!" at the top of your lungs.

You're dead if this doesn't wake you up.

Get a coffee pot with a timer. This way when you wake up your coffee will be ready. Immediately drink two cups of coffee, then hit the shower. Pour another cup of coffee to drink while getting dressed for school and putting on your make up. Sit down and drink another cup of coffee and eat a bowl of cereal with lots of sugar. Pour another cup of coffee to drink on the way to school. That should do it.

Exercise even if it's just a few minutes. Take a B Complex vitamin. Helps convert food to energy.
