Two of my good friends are having a birthday on Tuesday ( A guy and a Girl) . I have only $10 and am pretty confident that I can't get more. I have no school Monday ( we're highschool students) so I have some time Monday possibly to do something but almost none on Tuesday.
I was thinking, since it's a normal thing at our school, to decorate the cafeteria with balloons and streamers and stuff and possibly BAKE a cake since I might not be able to afford one.
Any suggestions?

Along with baking a cake, how about a this is your life thing....get their grade school photos, and arrange them and give a little speach about each person. It can be fun looking back on ones youth, and it can be silly, leaving everyone remembering a great party with lots of giggles.
If you have a camera, take it with you, so that you can take several photos of their special day, to give to them as a keepsake.
