it won't be easy, but you've got to just do it so you have help & support as soon as possible. i'm assuming you're very young - you need someone older to turn to and help you through this. good luck - you'll be okay.

Well, how old are you??
If your still living at home you better tell them right away.
You need to go to doctor appointments and get on Vitamins to help the baby grow right.
Tell them you have something very important to talk to them about and have them sit down. You stay standing. It shows that your serious and want them to pay close attention to what you have to say.
Tell them you did something that there not going to be very happy about and that your very sorry for disappointing them.
Tell them you love them and that what you have to tell them is very hard for you to say.
And again tell them your sorry,
And after you have said all that, then tell them that you have been sexually active and are pregnant.

I know it's going to be hard, because I went through it myself.
I was 18 and it was my first year in college. I cried when I confessed to my mom. She hugged me and told me we would get through it together.
Give your parents at least 2 weeks to adjust to the news. So if there angry and mad at you, just bare with it until they get use to the idea. It's the first week or so that is the hardest and then it gets easier.

My parents were pretty angry when they found out I was pregnant. They cooled off in a few weeks and were extremely supportive. Just be honest with them and don't hold anything back.

I think they'll figure the sex part out once you tell them you're pregnant.

you don't tell them, you probly will get more out of them if you ask them for help! You go up to your mom if yur more comfortable w her in these kind of situations (or your dad) and you ask her " Mom, i need you to be here for me now." She might say "Of course, hunny, what is it." and thats when you tell her that " mom, i'm seriously pregnant and don't know what to do."

set a date to tell them. write a letter if you want. be prepared for yelling, and crying. try to be strong. take a friend or the daddy with you for support. go to them with plans about your future and how you still want to achieve your goals and how you are going to make them happen while supporting the baby.
