I want to know the basic steps of a brazilian dance using modern music. Can I see a video sample demonstration?

Search the Youtube. There's lot of sample videos at Youtube. Lambada is a Brazilian dance. Mas Que Nada is recently out with some reggaeton beat. It used to be a samba song, but now you can dance it with perreo.

Find a samba dance lesson video.
If you want to get creative, maybe look at a Capoera(sp) video. It is a martial art based on dance moves. It might fit modern music better.

YES! Samba is performed already to a few Hip Hop songs made by Pharell and in another with Busta Rymes n Snoop.
